Is there something wrong here?

I've been doing some hardcore exercising and dieting since like Jan 1 or 2. I've lost 10 pounds so far. 1200-1400 calories a day and I will burn 400-500 a day on the treadmill. I've been taking it slow the past 2 days and only burning 200-300. Is this possible or is my scale messed up? I'm in disbelief.
I also had one day of cheating [around 2000 calories consumed but burned 300 on treadmill] and I didn't work at all for a day.
chet excuse me? Lazy routine? burning 500 calories when only consuming 1200 calories and you're saying I don't have self control? I'm 16 and I'm not about to kill myself by tripling my workout routine. How do you know if I eat right or not? You think I just sat there shoving fuckign doughnuts in my face? I'm a vegetarian too, I have been my whole life so go take your shit somewhere else.
I asked a question not critizing how I'm losing weight.

I doubt it's messed up. It's very possible to lose 10 pounds in 18 days, especially if you are carrying extra weight. Just make sure you're eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. It's also not necessary to go to workout extremes to lose weight quickly. For a while my knees were in pretty bad shape and all I could do was walk on the treadmill and the weight still flew off. It's perfectly fine to take it slow and eat a little more on some days than others. Several diets actually allow you to up calories one day per week because it can keep your metabolism from slowing down. If you cut calories every day your body realizes it's not getting much food and adjusts its metabolism accordingly. If you add an occasional larger meal, it doesn't need to conserve calories which keeps your metabolism up. Good Job!
